Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the AyeCRM platform (“Service”), a cloud-based customer relationship management and business productivity system.

By accessing or using the Service, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AyeCRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help organizations manage business operations, customer relationships, internal communication, and project workflows.

The Service integrates multiple productivity and management tools into a unified platform that may include, but is not limited to:

  • project management
  • task management with Kanban functionality
  • customer and contact management
  • meeting scheduling
  • event calendar
  • integrated webmail access
  • customizable data objects
  • support ticket system
  • live chat functionality
  • knowledge base management
  • survey creation and management
  • security management tools including two-factor authentication (2FA), IP whitelisting, role-based access controls, and system logs

Features may be modified, updated, replaced, or discontinued at the discretion of AyeCRM.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in order to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • maintain the security of your login credentials
  • promptly update account information if it changes
  • notify the company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Service may be provided through subscription plans.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • subscription fees are billed in advance
  • payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service

The company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

You must not:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or related systems
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • upload malicious software or harmful code
  • use the Service to transmit spam, harassment, or illegal content
  • misuse customer or personal data stored within the system

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. User Data

Users retain ownership of all data they upload, create, or store within the Service.

By using the Service, you grant AyeCRM a limited license to:

  • host
  • store
  • process
  • and display

such data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process any data within the platform.

8. Data Security

The platform implements various security mechanisms including:

  • two-factor authentication
  • IP address restrictions
  • access control permissions
  • system activity logs

While reasonable efforts are made to protect user data, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining proper internal security practices.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

AyeCRM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, interface design, trademarks, and documentation, belong to AyeCRM or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription period.

Users may not:

  • copy
  • modify
  • reverse engineer
  • distribute
  • or resell

any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow integration with third-party systems such as email providers or external communication platforms.

AyeCRM is not responsible for the operation, security, or policies of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyeCRM shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits
  • loss of business opportunities
  • loss of data
  • service interruptions

The total liability of AyeCRM arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer during the previous three (3) months.

13. Termination

AyeCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • payment obligations are not fulfilled
  • the Service is used in a harmful or illegal manner

Users may terminate their subscription at the end of the paid subscription period. No refund will be granted by any kind of termination.

14. Changes to the Terms

AyeCRM may update these Terms periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the operating company of AyeCRM is registered, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
